Then how much is a well organized Image Library worth? In my opinion- A LOT! An organized photo library not only helps you access images easily and quickly, but it also helps prevent your library from feeling overwhelming. Additionally, if you utilize different marketing strategies or event campaigns, organization is a must to prevent advertising the wrong images and grant ease of access.

Blackbaud Sphere provides an easy way to import your own images and logos to customize your event Web sites and forms. You can choose to import either “*.jpg” or “*.gif” images into your account. There are two types of images available in the image library:

Your Account Images – images that you have uploaded into your account from your desktop.

System Images – pre-loaded images that come with your account. These images include party, athletic, and other invite-style images that you are free to use in setting up your event Web sites and forms.

You can create folders through the Image Library to keep your account images organized. These images will be available for use throughout Blackbaud Sphere and can be added to the library, and a specific folder, through the following steps:

1. Select Control > Administration > Tools > Image Library.

2. In the Image Library page, perform step a or b as follows:

a. If you want to organize your images into folders, perform the following steps:

1. Click New Folder.

2. In the New Folder window, give the folder a name and description and then click Create.

b. If you want to upload images into the Sphere Default folder, perform the following steps:

1. Click Upload.

2. In the window that appears, browse for and select the images you want to upload. If you created image folders, you can upload images directly into these folders.

3. Click Upload.

Adding images to the Image Library allows you to use them in email campaigns, FAF thon events, forms, and your CMS site. Putting the files into folders grants you more organization and easier navigation to find the perfect picture.
